5th Grade Camp – Early Information Meeting

Families of current 4th graders are invited to attend an informational meeting to begin preparing for next year’s 5th grade camp experience.

At this meeting, Ms. Groen, our Saigling Camp Director, will provide an overview of camp, share important details, and distribute helpful materials including payment information, a packing list, and an intent-to-attend form (for planning purposes only).

This early meeting is designed to give families plenty of time to plan ahead—whether that’s budgeting for camp costs or preparing needed items. Please note that online payments may include a processing fee.

Additional Notes:

Completing the intent form does not commit your student to attending
It simply helps with district planning
Financial assistance is available—please reach out early to Ms. Groen to begin the scholarship process if needed

The cost includes six meals, two nights of lodging, round-trip transportation, the support of a Plano ISD nurse, and all instructional materials.

The Student Quick Pay system will accept partial payments to spread out the cost over time, or you may also choose to pay in a lump sum. Payment options will open in August.
